The house is lovely, the street appeal is second to none in the local area, it has all the features that people are
looking for.
I had had a look for comparable sales in the last 3 months and there is not much there.
I have had a lot to do with buyers looking for 4x2 properties in Nickol, going buy the response I have had for
houses without a pool I feel we could get mid $600,000+. I do have some interest in the property from 2
buyers, I just need to get them through.
Please let me know when I can show the property, the tenants are willing to let me through when I need to as
they are still in Perth.
