A beautiful model with a striking presence, Estrella del Norte carries some of the top-performing bloodlines in modern showjumping and has the presence, move- ment and ability to match. Excellent quality of gaits, a smooth ground covering walk, a fluid trot with activity and suspension and a soft rolling canter. She jumps with that Kodak moment, knees up and square in front and a head and neck car- rying a beautiful bascule and expression. All that ability comes with a mind that has an attentive and personable temperament, is easy to train and is always eager to go to the arena. All these qualities speak a great promise to this young mare’s future in the hunter/jumper show ring. By sale time, she will have three months undersaddle; she has been a joy to train and progresses well.
Sire: Jethro Tull G is a modern type, young stallion who is just stepping up into the Grand Prix level with fantastic results and excellent scope and rideability.
He has excellent jumping technique and an impressive hind end. Jethro has a great temperament and is very laid back but has plenty of blood in the show
ring. Jethro has an excellent canter and fancy trot which he passes down to his offspring, as well as a strong top-line, good bone and excellent jumping tech- nique. Jethro was the top scoring stallion during his licensing with both CSH and CWBHA, Jethro is also approved with GOV, WEST, HANN, and AHA. Jethro was named the champion jumper stallion at the NA Stallion Sport Test in 2018. Jethro’s sire I’m Special De Muze has been said to be one of the most exciting stallions of his generation. I’m Special De Muze is out of one of the best mother lines in Belgium. Mare line #34 the Kerly line which has no less than 3 mares in
a row who jumped the 1.60 level. His sire, Emerald, the Olympic competitor, is known for throwing big, scopey horses who are careful but extremely brave. In 2020 I’m Special De Muze led the jumping index for offspring up to 9 years old.
Dam: A beautiful typey jumper with a wonderful temperament, Dolina was a super competitive showjumper competing at many major west coast venues. Her Sire Chiquitin LS himself competed to 1.45m. He has sired numerous off- spring that compete in the Grand Prix; of note is the 1.50m jumper, Contessa LS. Dolina’s dam sire Indoctro needs little annotation, being a prominent sire of the modern showjumping, sire and grandsire of many winners of Grand Prix and World Cup level. The dam line is also not lacking in jumping prowess. Olina is dam and grand dam to several FEI 1.40m+ competitors.
