  Horse Ownership transfer
CWHBA will carry insurance for a maximum of 10 days to ensure the smooth transition from Seller to Buyer, once payment has be confirmed transport arrangements can be arranged between the Seller and Buyer
Veterinary Consultations and Pre-Purchase Examinations
Every horse offered at the Fall Classic Breeders Sale has a sale required PPE completed on file and registered bidders will have access to them on the auction site. In addition, measurements were taken at the presentation days (August 27-30, 2021). Blank PPE forms can be found at www.canadianwarmbloodauction.ca under Buyers > Soundness Exams and Xrays. Xray requests must be sent in through the auction site, including a veterinarian’s email for the link to be sent to. All viewings of x-rays requires the viewer to be registered as a bidder.
Test Rides and Horse Viewings
Prospective buyers may arrange with individual sellers to view horses in person at the sellers/agents full discretion. Prospects Under Saddle and Performance Horse tryouts may be permitted IF the prospective buyer has proper riding footwear and approved safety helmet and complies with all facility rules. Please contact the seller directly to make arrangements for in person viewing or test rides.
Insuring Your Purchase
CWHBA -AB and the sales committee has secured a 10-day insurance policy with BFL to allow for time for the Buyer to ensure all paperwork is in place for insurance and transport. The sale administration can arrange for the buyer to connect with the insurance agent to insure your new purchase.
