Larry is a tall, friendly colt, with a big powerful stride. He is brave and scopey with a delightful personality.
Sire: His sire Leeto Z is an exceptional stallion in many ways. Beautiful, correct conformation, powerful and elegant movement, combined with incredible scope make him an all-around exceptional athlete. Although, perhaps his best feature, is his intelligent and engaging personality that not only makes him a brave and willing partner, but also a quick learner and simple straight forward ride. At his Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, he was the highest scoring stallion for temperament and rideablity. From what we can tell, his foals all seem to have his temperament as well.
Dam: Larry’s dam is by Cabardino who is a spectacular 4’ hunter who combines scope, technique, temperament, beauty and movement in one complete package. Cabardino sired an approved stallion during his first year of breeding in Germany. He is known to produce beautiful, very flashy and refined foals with excellent movement and incredible technique over jumps. Cabardino’s temperament is sec- ond to none and his scope and technique over jumps is simply extraordinary. He has won many hack classes, including the under saddle classes at the Royal Winter Fair in 2007 and 2008.
He has produced several Premium and Champion Foals during his first two years of breeding in North America. His offspring have won Hunter Breeding Championships at Devon, Warrenton and Upperville. His offspring have been circuit champions including at WEF and HITS Ocala and have top won hunter derbys!
