Sire: Sir Gregory is a very modern type stallion, of striking good looks, with a beautiful head and neck. He has very correct conformation, his gaits are power- ful, with a lot of elasticity and very good use of the hind leg. Sir Gregory also has a very good temperament, he is kind, smart and learns quickly. This goes hand
in hand with his high rideability. Sir Gregory’s sire, Sir Donnerhall, was the 2nd reserve champion at the Oldenburg stallion licensing in 2003. He then went on to win his 70-day test at Adelheidsdorf in 2005 with a dressage index of 163. In 2005 Sir Donnerhall was named the “Hauptpramien” champion in Oldenburg. In 2006 Sir Donnerhall was the reserve champion at the World Championships for young dressage horses in Verden and then was the Bundeschampion of 5-year-old dres- sage horses in Warendorf.
Dam: Rockette is an exceptionally beautiful bay broodmare that was given a score of 3.2 in her 3-year-old inspection. Her sire is the outstanding stallion Rotspon and her dam is out of another outstanding stallion Londonderry. Rotspon and Londonderry battled between first and second in all their tests at their stal- lion licensing. It made sense to have both of these stallions on one pedigree. Rockette’s foals have gone on to excel in dressage and jumping, with one being sold through the Canadian Warmblood Fall Classic Breeders sale as the high selling performance horse in 2016, to a short-listed member of the Olympic Dressage team. Due to an injury as a yearling she wasn’t shown and has turned out to be an exceptional broodmare.
