Valine is a tall beauty with positive energy and a curious, willing character. She has excellent legs and feet, suspension in her movement and good power from behind with active gaits. She is 16 hh and looks to mature to 16.2. She has a smooth full body with a good saddle position and is strong over the loin. She has good scope and technique over jumps and has a confident approach. Valine has been raised in the large fields with a herd and has had regular handling. She is an excellent candidate for any discipline and a super riding horse prospect.
Sire: Ulterra Alaris was licensed in 2018, he was gelded after collecting and freezing semen in 2019 and has developed and shown in the jumpers in Thermal, CA in 2020. He has since been sold to a junior young rider to be developed for the upper level of eventing and recently placed 2nd in his first Pretraining Event with double clears in all the jumping. He schooled 1.40m, he has an excellent and reliable character with positive energy. Alaris is always ready to work and will-
ing to do whatever is asked. He is exceptionally handsome and has passed this beauty onto his offspring. His sire, Alligator Fontaine, had an exceptional sport career under Michel Robert, Eric Navet and Penelope Le Prevost in France. His sire has been in the top 100 sires list and won numerous CSI and CSIO, including the Speed Derby at Aachen, and obtained the highest stallion ISO of 190. He won over 230,000 Euros in his career. He adds speed, beauty and longevity to a pedi- gree and Ulterra Alaris has done the same along with great ride ability.
Dam: Viva Loma was purchased as a two-year-old in the CWHBA auction by Laurie Cunningham of Thermal CA. She was shown and had wins up to 1.30m jumper. She produced both jumpers and hunters all with solid performance records. Viva is a 17hh mare with super gaits and has a sweet temperament. Excellent feet and legs she competed into her teens and is now retired living her life out in the pastures here on our farm.
