Design & Fit out & Refurbishment:

                          •  Installation of sprinkler in offices (above-ground metal structure
                          •  New emergency lighting;
                          •  New electrical installation
                          •  New interior (LED) and exterior lighting.


               Parking Fit out & Refurbishment:

               Colliers managed also the new building permits (Comodo)

               The facade has been repainted according to the rules protecting the listed façade and the entire
               tiling has been exchanged.

               Our Architect designer provided a new concept to highlight and to support the exceptional building
               identity considering the tenants fit-out needs and that by delivering a real professional architectural
               and technical management of the project, which has been delivered on time and within the budgets.

               Colliers Luxembourg allowed the landlord to sign a 12 years full building lease contract.




















                   •  New garage ramp (waterproofing, insulation, cladding and antifreeze heating system) and
                      new garage door;
                   •  Epoxy paint, wall and ceiling paint and floor marking and new CO detection.
