7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PILGRIMAGE PAYMENT:
It is our company policy to receive full payment two months prior to
TOUR 2019 group arrival.
Deposit:
Provided by EWTI
$100/pax upon confirmation.

>1st up date 60 days prior to arrival date
>Final rooming list 30 days prior to arrival date
>Total amount of Single Rooms not to exceed 10% of total No. of rooms
Validity of this offer - This offer is valid for 30 days from proposal’s
date.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees
60-30 days prior to arrival: 10% of package cost
29-15 days prior to arrival: 30% of package cost
14-7 days prior to arrival: 60% of package cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Full cancelation fees
