As a sta , Region One ESC took on a mini-book study a while back as we addressed everyone’s role in ensuring that our clients receive the very
best that we had to give to guarantee that we served our clients by proving excellence, integrity, respect, and service, as we promised in our ESC goals. In “212°- the extra degree” we learned that going beyond what is expected is exactly what is expected from our sta in every interaction that we have with educators and students.
Because we know that every one of our sta members gives their all to ensure that we achieve that goal, our aspiration is to take care of our sta members by providing them access to healthcare bene ts and other such services for themselves and their families, o ering work schedules and time o that help them to balance
work and home, and activities to nurture a fun and inviting place to work.
However, Region One ESC is much more than just a place to work, it is a culture of camaraderie, trust, and friendship. We are a community of educators all working toward a common goal of providing support to the school districts and charter schools which we serve.
