What to expect
Because our products are unique, the standardized, automated state of operations doesn’t necessarily apply. Real, authentic, raw food that is curated in small batches doesn’t have the homogenized look
and texture of mass-produced or processed cosmetically identical look of products that are currently on-shelves. With unique products come product inquires. There are a great many differences, from quality, to look, texture and smell, to processing standards that we’d like to share.
Variation in color, texture, and smell is normal for authentic, real food and natural ingredient based products
FERMENTED RAW MILK— Also known as sour milk + Slight sour taste and smell
+ Curdles (the more curds the healthier)
+ Varies in consistency from thin to thick
+ Varies in color from white to cream
+ State of Texas requires colorization
of raw milk to deter people from digesting it.
Beta Carotene turns our raw milks yellow/orange/pink.
