RAW CHEESE
+ There is a variation in moisture as this is a live, raw food with no preservatives. It can have the consistency of Parmesan cheese. The pairings of organic superfoods used vary as well. For example, Turmeric tends to dry and be more firm than other flavors. We also do not contain them in plastic.
To keep soft or retain moisture, after thawing, store raw cheese foods in a glass container.

CARTONS: THAW ON PROTECTIVE PLATE
Although it may seem inconvenient to some, we do not believe in using plastic because of environmental and toxic concerns. We use recyclable cartons and boxes instead. With this comes handling care.
Please note the following precautions:
+ Thaw our raw products at room temperature, on the counter or sink, or in the refrigerator, on a protective plate or bowl.
+ Portion and place in glass storage containers.
+ Recyclable cartons may leak if dropped and the seams are cracked and go unnoticed. Cartons are filled frozen at the plant and when thawed, may leak.
