free HealthCare Notebook. The Notebook has been developed in response to the healthcare mantra “If it is not documented it is not done.”
As the climate of health care becomes more patient-directed and consumer-driven, it is important that we become informed, active participants in our own medical care and the care for those whom we may be responsible.
