SUBMISSIONS
This magazine is published on or before the first of every month, and is distributed at no cost to all residents of Sun City Carolina Lakes.
Material for Community Connect and Club and Interest Group News must be submitted at least five weeks in advance. Photos must include captions that identify the event and name the individuals in the photo. Do not imbed the photos in the article document. Include your topic, individual or group name, and issue month in the subject line.
Once submitted, articles cannot be revised unless at the magazine's request.
Community Connect: These articles are usually about community or club and interest group events that are unique or are of interest to the whole community. Articles can be up to 400 words long. Attach the article and any photos to an email addressed to Community@livingscclmagazine. onmicrosoft.com.
Club and Interest Group News: Each month, every club or interest group may submit an article of up to 200 words about ongoing or future club events. These should be submitted only by an authorized member of
the club. Attach the article and any photos to an email addressed to clubnews@livingscclmagazine. onmicrosoft.com.
General Articles: Any resident may submit for publication general articles on any subject that might
be of interest to our readers. These articles are usually 600 to 800 words in length. Attach the article and
any photos to an email addressed to livingsccl@aol.com.
All articles are subject to editing. Submission is not a guarantee of publication. The editorial staff will determine the date of publication. We invite you to attend our weekly editorial meetings to learn about the subjects we are considering for future issues. You are invited to attend
on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. in the downstairs Media Room at the Lake House.
