Loomis’ responsibility involves maintaining a high level of safety and redu- cing risks on the job. Loomis is engaged in extensive, proactive work to ensure the safety of its employees.
Social rights
As a service company Loomis’ success is largely dependent on the e orts of the employees. Their professional skills and ability to gain the trust of the customers are crucial factors for the Company. Loomis strives to create a safer workplace and inspiring working environment within the entire Group to attract and retain talented employees.
Anticorruption
Loomis’ operates a business where corruption and bribery have been identi ed as risk factors throughout the value chain. Having responsibility for cash management and cash in transit in society requires e cient and secure ows, but also that the Company ne- ver accepts unethical behavior. Loomis’ Code of Conduct and poli- cy on bribes and bribery provides guidance in the day-to-day work and in proactive e orts to prevent all forms of unethical behavior.
The environment
Loomis’ impact on the environment is mainly in the form of car- bon emissions and comes largely from vehicles and the use of fos- sil fuels. Plastic bag use for the storage of coins and banknotes as well as energy use in premises also contribute to the carbon emis- sions. Loomis’ environmental work therefore focuses mainly on reducing total carbon emissions by improving transport efficien- cy, increasing the percentage of recycled plastic used, and smarter solutions for energy consumption.
