The share
The Loomis Class B share was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on December 9, 2008. The share has been traded since January 1, 2015 on the Nordic Large Cap list.
Share price performance for Loomis and
the stock exchange
In 2017 the Loomis share increased in value by 27 percent to SEK 344.60. The lowest closing price was SEK 253.10 on January 23, and the highest closing price was SEK 350.60 on December 4. The market capitalization for all Loomis shares amounted to SEK 25,941 million (20,408) at the end of the year. Nasdaq Stockholm (OMXSPI) increased by 3.9 percent in 2017.
Loomis’ total return, i.e. the share price performance inclu- ding re-invested dividend of SEK 8.00 (7.00), amounted to 30.0 percent (5.6) in 2017. The Nasdaq Stockholm total return, as re-  ected by the SIXRX total return index, amounted to 13.2 percent in 2017.
Turnover
In 2017, 34 percent (37) of the Loomis share turnover was on Nas- daq Stockholm. The remaining portion was traded on other mar- ketplaces, with BATS accounting for the largest portion.
The total turnover of Loomis shares in 2017 was 118.9 million (119.4) on Nasdaq Stockholm and other marketplaces. The avera- ge daily turnover was 473,834 shares per day (471,818). The turnover rate for the Class B shares amounted to 165 percent (166) in 2017.
Share capital
At the end of 2017, Loomis’ share capital amounted to SEK 376 million, broken down as 3.4 million Class A shares and 71.9 mil- lion Class B shares. All of the shares have a quota value of SEK 5 and an equal share of the Company’s earnings and capital. Each Class A share entitles the holder to ten votes and each Class B sha- re to one vote. The equity per share at the end of the year was SEK 93.54 (88.36). The total number of treasury shares as of December 31, 2017 was 53,797.
Dividend and dividend policy
It is Loomis’ intention to distribute a dividend to shareholders that represents a good total return and dividend growth. At the same time the Board of Directors must adjust the dividend level in line with the Company’s strategy,  nancial position, other  nanci- al targets and risks that the Board deems relevant. Over the long term and taking into account the above, the annual dividend should correspond to around 40–60 percent of the Company’s earnings after tax. For the 2017  nancial year Loomis’ Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of SEK 9.00 (8.00) per share. The proposal represents around 47 percent (48) of earnings per share and a dividend yield based on the share price at the end of the year of around 3 percent (3).
Ownership structure
The number of shareholders as of December 31, 2017 was 14,425 (14,451). At year-end the ten largest shareholders controlled 59.2 percent (62.8) of the votes and 42.4 percent (47.6) of the capital. Loomis’ principle owners in terms of voting power, Investment AB Latour through Latour Förvaltning AB, and Melker Schörling AB, controlled a combined 32.3 percent (32.3) of the votes and 4.6 percent (4.6) of the capital. Swedish shareholders controlled a combined 50.4 percent (50.9) of the votes and 30.1 percent (30.8) of the capital, while foreign ownership amounted to 49.6 percent (49.1) of the votes and 69.9 percent (69.2) of the capital.

On December 9, 2008 the Loomis Class B share was listed on Nas- daq Stockholm on the Nordic Mid Cap list in the Industrial Goods and Services sector. Since 2008 Loomis’ market capitalization has increased from SEK 4 billion to SEK 26 billion. The share has since January 1, 2015 been traded on the Nordic Large Cap list.
