4.2 EQA Holiday Entitlement and Bonus Days (permanent staff)
Commencement January 2020 (Currently 21 days for all staff)
Administration Staff: (Permanent) 21 days
Administration Staff: 23 days
(On completion of 3 years service) * (includes 2 days annual performance based)
Executive Staff: (Permanent) 23 days
Executive Staff: 25 days
(On completion of 3 years service) * (includes 2 days annual performance based)
Managerial staff: 25 days
*The extra two days will be reviewed during the annual performance review and must be taken before the end of December each year.
Bonus days, when awarded are not a permanent addition to your annual holiday entitlement.
4.2.1 ANNUAL LEAVE for ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Should an administration staff member be approved to take annual leave on a Friday (i.e. on a 7-hour
workday), that staff member will also be approved for an additional hour’s leave in lieu on the Thursday
or Friday of the following working week.
