Introduction

The success of O’Reilly Consulting Group depends very largely on the employees themselves, and so
we look to you to play your part, as we shall continue to play ours.

We ask that you study carefully the contents of this Employee Handbook as, in addition to setting
out our policies and procedures, it also contains a great deal of helpful information. If you have any
questions about anything discussed in the employee handbook, please feel free to contact us for
               clarification.

The following policies and procedures outline the responsibilities of our relationships: company to
employee, employee to company, employee to employee, and that most important relationship of
all, our interaction with the customer.

The information contained in this employee handbook has been gathered to help us work together
in a spirit of cooperation, understanding and mutual respect.
We look forward to working with you to deliver success in both company objectives and personal
               careers.

               David O’Reilly
