This Assessor Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards EQA (Ireland) Limited ‘EQA’ of Office
A, Second Floor, Citywest Shopping Centre, Citywest Business Park, Dublin 2 expects of you the
Independent Contractor, the ‘Assessor’.

EQA is an auditing and certification provider having its place of business at Office A, Second Floor,
Citywest Shopping Centre, Citywest Business Park, Dublin 24.
The Assessor is a qualified independent assessor and has entered into a contract for the undertaking
of certification audits in respect of management systems, product and security standards. The
Assessor will have agreed to the terms of the Independent Service Contract prior to entering into a
working arrangement with EQA.

EQA reserves the right to allocate audit assignments to the Assessor at its absolute discretion. In this
Code, a reference to ‘place or work’ or ‘workplace’ relates to the location in which the Assessor is
assigned work or in some instances, the EQA’s registered office as stated above.
