c.  Not be under disciplinary action during training, unless waived by a Senior Manager
                   d.  Maintain  job  standards  or  minimum  of  average  performance,  unless  waived  by  a  Senior
                       Manager
                   e.  Participate in a regular review during and/or after training with a Senior Manager

               Inductions and Health and Safety Training are excluded from the above criteria.

               3.7.4 Conditions of Training Courses carried out during employment

               Note:
                   1.  This employee training agreement applies to members of staff serving the company for a
                       minimum of 2 years.
                   2.  For employees with less than 2 years service, training requirements & stipulations are at the
                       discretion of Senior Management.
                   3.  If an employee fails to attend a training course with prior adequate notification or cause, full
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.
                   4.  Failure of the course/training will result in full reimbursement for the cost of the course and
                       wages during the course will be sought by the Company.

               For courses €100 and below or to the combined value of €100
                   1.  Any Training Course required or deemed necessary by Senior Management will be paid for in
                       full by the Company including wages for duration of the course. Wages exception applies if
                       the Training Course occurs on a weekend.
                   2.  Should you leave the company within 6 months of completing the course, full
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.
                   3.  Should you leave the company within 12 months of completing the course, 50%
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.
                   4.  Should you leave the company after 12 months & a day of completing the course, no
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.

               For courses from €100 - €1000 or to a combined value of €100 - €1000
                   1.  Any Training Course required or deemed necessary by Senior Management will be paid for in
                       full by the Company including wages for duration of the course. Wages exception applies if
                       the Training Course occurs on a weekend.
                   2.  Should you leave the company within 12 months of completing the course, full
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.
                   3.  Should you leave the company within 24 months of completing the course, 50%
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.
                   4.  Should you leave the company after 24 months & a day of completing the course, no
                       reimbursement for the cost of the course and wages during the course will be sought by the
                       Company.

               3.7.5 Allowable Expenses (Training)
                   a.  Must be supported by records and receipts, agreed in advance with a Senior Manager
                   b.  Course fees and/or tuition and examination fees
