The Compact Air powered respirator is used in combination with EN 148-
1 particle - and or gas filters. The contaminated air is drawn through 3 filters TH3- Ref. 70494
and supplies a continuous flow of clean air to the wearer’s headpiece (hood
or mask). The unit is supplied as standard with a support belt to distribute Junior B
the weight evenly over the back. Both battery and blower are separate (see page 83)
which makes it easy to change the battery during the working day.
