Meet Dr. Smith

Dr. Blake Smith was born and raised in Alabama. After his undergraduate degree at Auburn Univer-
sity at Montgomery, he attended The University of Alabama School of Dentistry, nishing top of his
class. He then attended the prestigious University of Alabama School of Medicine, graduating with
high honors. During his training, he had the opportunity to operate with distinguished facial, aes-
thetic, and plastic surgeons and developed a passion for cosmetic surgery. In order to complement
his surgical skills, Dr. Smith moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he completed an accredited full body
cosmetic surgery fellowship under the past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic
Surgery.

Dr. Smith has lectured nationally on various topics ranging from facial reconstruction to full body
and facial cosmetic surgery. He has served as faculty on numerous live cosmetic surgery work-
shops. He has also authored publications on facelifts, eyelid surgery, and cosmetic rhinoplasty.
Dr. Smith is experienced in the most innovative surgical techniques ensuring he can meet his prima-
ry goals of patient satisfaction and safety. By taking the unique route of training in both maxillofa-
cial and cosmetic surgery, he has an unparalleled understanding of both function and aesthetics.
He is board certied by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as the Ameri-
can Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Smith spends his free time with his wife, Lynsey, and their two children, Ellasyn and Sawyer.
