PROCLAIMING

Historians portrayed the 1970s as a “Pivot of Change” in the world.
They explained these changes as economic upheavals, increasing political

awareness, forging of rights for minorities and women, and as a time of

continued social unrest. It was a time characterized by violence, corrupt

politics and unregulated minds -mass shootings on college campuses, the
Watergate Scandal, the legalization of abortion and the Vietnam War.

But God, who is the Master of Positive Overcoming Change, not

only pivots change, but institutes change that is everlasting. So as
the world’s historians were recording their statistics, our God was or-

chestrating and recording His master plan for effecting change in the

1970s. He began here in Jacksonville, Fl with a woman, Apostle Jean-

nette C. Holmes-Vann, who humbled her heart, received His truth
and made a decision to proclaim it so that lives could be changed for-

ever in Jacksonville, the surrounding areas and all over the world!
