ABOUT US

The NABWIC Atlanta Chapter is a dynamic and influential organization
committed to empowering and advancing Black women and other minorities
in the construction industry. Through networking, mentorship, education, and
advocacy, the chapter strives to promote diversity, foster professional
development, and create opportunities for its members. The NABWIC Atlanta
Chapter actively engages with the community through various service
projects aimed at making a positive impact.

Xiomara Yanique

Atlanta Chapter President
Xiomara Yanique, a proud member of NABWIC (National Association of
Black Women in Construction), is an exceptional Business Development NABWIC Founder Ann McNeil
Manager at CMTS (Construction Management Technical Services). With
her extensive experience and expertise in construction management, Ann is the President/CEO of one of South
Xiomara actively contributes to fostering diversity and empowering Florida’s few African American-female owned
women in the construction industry through her involvement in NABWIC construction companies. She founded The
National Association of Black Women in
initiatives. Construction (NABWIC) in 1991. The
association was created to help build a pipeline
for black women in the public sector, black
women in the private sector, black women
entrepreneurs and young ladies in school. More
than a dozen NABWIC chapter/areas exist
across the country.

Monique Strong

Atlanta Chapter Vice President
Monique Strong is a dedicated member of NABWIC (National Association of
Black Women in Construction) and a valued project manager at Ujamaa
Construction. With her passion for promoting diversity and empowering women www.reallygreatsite.com
in the construction industry, Monique actively contributes to community service
projects, including initiatives that prioritize education and wellbeing. Her
commitment and expertise make her a valuable asset to both organizations.
