Day 1 - Palermo
You will be greeted upon arrival at the Palermo airport by our local assistant
who will transfer you to your hotel in the city centre with mercedes or limou- sine. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2 - Palermo, Monreale

Day 3 - Marsala wine, olive oil, Erice.
Today we tour Western Sicily. After breakfast we will drive to Marsala.
The town is the most famous wine producer on the entire island. Upon arrival, we transfer to a local winery and visit the cellars. Then, drive along saltpans and Sicilian windmills to an olive oil farm where we will enjoy a light lunch in a Farm in the afternoon, we visit the medieval hill town of Erice. Upon arrival, we will walk to the Castle built on the ruins of the temple of Venus. Stop at a local pastry-shop to taste the typical marzipans and almond pastries. In the evening we will get back to Pal- ermo. Overnight.
