“ON A NORMAL DAY”
Back in London we were awaited by the daily routine. But daily routine in London bore no resemblance with what I was used from Hamburg. There was always the pressure to make money and there were constant electric sparks hitting the working day attracted by the fact that we worked in a metropole and a Market that offered endless opportunities and hence the most unusual inquiries found their way on our desk day in and day out. Some of them were worthwhile to be pursued.
