McKenzie started a Youtube channel, Angel Rose LPS Films. Her YouTube channel has 41,000 subscribers and 82 inspirational videos that have received 11,000,000 views. She was awarded a Partnership with Defy Media in California to manage advertising, sponsorships, and brand integrations for her computer animated Angel Rose LPS Films YouTube channel. She completed a summer film program at the Tennessee Governor's School for the Arts where she directed the short film Believed in Me. Her film production, Believed in Me, was one of the selected few that was showcased at the Nashville Film Festival in the Young Filmmakers Category. She participated in the Watkins College of Art, Design, and Film Pre- College Film Program. She directed the short film 'The Spy Games" and submitted it in the 2018 Nashville Film Festival. She received an Honorable Mention for film ‘Believed in Me’ at the Scholastic Art and Film Awards. She is a Coca-Cola Scholar Semi-Finalist- currently in running for Coca-Cola Foundation scholarship. She is an AXA Achievement Scholar Finalist - currently in running for AXA Achievement scholarship. She is a candidate for the NSHSS sponsored Hollister "Anti-bullying" scholarship and Women of Tomorrow scholarship. She has received multiple scholarships for various schools, foundations, organizations, etc. She was a National American Miss. Miss Tennessee
Finalist. She was a Tennessee State Track Finalist in the 200 meter, long jump, and 400 meter relay. She was part of the First Light Art Academy Insights Art Program. She participated in the Auburn University Sr. Veterinary Medicine Pre-College Summer Residency Program. She is an Animal Shelter Volunteer at PAWS Animal Shelter.
She is Holt International Child Sponsor. She has supported a special friend, Arisa in Thailand, financially and spiritually for the past seven years. Provided Arisa with monthly financial support and encouragement and annual Christmas and birthday gifts. She plans to attend Lipscomb University and pursue a career as an animator.
