As stated by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, the Ronald Reagan Student Leader Award exists to recognize students whose "leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship skills are emblematic of our nation's 40th President." High school administrators who register their school may nominate four students for the award. HLA is pleased to announce its recipients of the award and congratulates them for the example of outstanding leadership they are to their country.
