Our Achievements
The Finance team in Cork is a representation of the matrixed structure of the J&J. We have 50 members working across MAKE Finance, Inventory, PLAN, Joints Business Unit Finance, Ethicon Business Unit Finance, Governance, Automation
and Analytics, Pricing, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Hospital Medical Devices. While 2020 was a busy year, we still took some time to celebrate some big milestones.
• February 2020 – Daithi Nunan proposed to his now fiancé Anne Heffernan!
• February 2020 – Michelle Turner VP Finance Enterprise Supply Chain visited Ringaskiddy.
Michelle was treated to a site tour and some Valentines delights!!!
• February 2020 – Audrey Dwyer returned from maternity leave.
• March 2020 – Freya Hunt Davies and her husband Conor celebrated the arrival of their beautiful daughter Emily.
• May 2020 – Niamh Sheedy returned from maternity leave.
• September 2020 – Jim Whelan and his wife Margaret celebrated the birth of their beautiful baby boy.
• September 2020 – Rob Timothy tied the knot with his new bride Emer.
• October 2020 – The Big J&J Finance Quiz took place in October. It was a hotly contested affair with Daniel O’Donoghue coming out in first place... I came a resounding last!
We had some very special birthdays among some of our Finance team members in 2020. Particular shout-outs go to Catriona McDonnell, Gillian Butler, Brendan Foley and Dave O’Mahony!
