The Cops and Kids Chess Club at Lozano Elementary School brought to- gether 14th District o cers and students to learn the game and share a few smiles.
Police got into the spooky spirit with a skeleton o cer and roof-riding spi- der while attending the Bucktown Halloween Parade.
