A boost for Operation Santa
On Nov. 15, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation (CPMF) held a fundraiser for Operation Santa. The mission took place at the Lagunitas Brewing Company in Chicago for the event held on Dec. 10-11 that provides holiday cheer and gifts to families of fallen and catastrophically injured Chicago Police Officers.
Families, friends and officers gathered for an afternoon filled with food, drinks and donations. A silent auction and raffle gave contributors the opportunity to win prizes, including a Patrick Kane hockey jersey. d
