Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a glass jar.
100 Cut a salmon steak in half and place the two halves in the jar.
Add freshly ground pink peppercorns. Lightly salt and sprinkle with a teaspoon
of dill. Close the jar tightly and place it in the top basket of the dishwasher.
Run the cycle at 65° C (approximately 75 minutes).
