MHP screen materials

--> Raw material quality is crucial to the performance
of all types of screens.

--> Our rubber grades are selected with very high
abrasion and gouging resistance combined with low
elongation polyester cords. We do not utilise cheaper
woven materials which have inherently higher stretch
than cord.

--> Our PU panels are produced by a CNC mixing plant
which guarantees consistency and the required
hardness for each application.
All incoming materials are batch tested for conformity,
in an accredited laboratory, to ensure to ISO standards.
