Abratex Red 40 is a new lining formulated from almost pure natural rubber for use in wet abrasion.
So little is added to the rubber that it floats in water. Many lining failures in sand plants are due to the
bond breaking down, rather than the lining wearing out, and we have overcome this problem by the use
of our bonding system. Abratex Red 40 benefits from this system and is compatible with most proprietry
adhesives and primers.
It offers - superb wet abrasion resistance, 3-35 mm thicknesses and a superior bonding system.
Steelwork repairs are carried out where possible and we can supply replacement steelwork if required.
Service is all important if downtime is to be avoided and, at MHP, we normally turn round cones in
3-4 days.
