THE DAY BEFORE
Make sure best-sellers and key items are pre-steamed, placed on a rolling rack, and ready-to-go out. We already know these are our top sellers; it’s guaranteed they will go quickly at the promotional price!
Stock and fill the cash desk. Make sure there are extra printer rolls, packaging, and bags. Have all POS details and barcodes readily available
Make sure to have change in your cash register.
In StoreForce, create a break schedule and assign management to oversee certain areas of the store (ex: SM on the floor; ASM at the cash; TL at the fitting rooms). Make sure to communicate the area attribution based on the StoreForce zone chart so the team knows who their GO-TO person is during peak periods
Make a replenishment plan: assign a replenishment team of 2 people to be in charge of making replenishment throughout the store.
Remember: the more products we have on the floor, the more we will sell!
AFTER CLOSING
You must do a bank deposit
Install all required marketing elements
Complete the floor replenishment and empty the back room as much as possible (while still maintaining the visual standards of the store!)

THE DAY OF
Have 3 flash meetings with your team throughout the day:
• Morning: Set the tone, communicate the plan and expectation, and get the team ready for the day!
• Afternoon: Keep the momentum going! Celebrate wins, cheerlead opportunities, and coach misses!
• Evening: Debrief the team – make sure to thank and congratulate the team individually and be sure to share the results with everyone!

Sign up customers to our e-mail/Loyalty Program
Open 15-30 minutes earlier and stay open 15-30 minutes later than posted to maximize sales opportunities
Have your team come in earlier each day to complete tasks and replenish the store
