13th year competing in NASCAR’s premier series
but the winning veteran driver will experience some
exciting new opportunities this season. Menard joins
the Wood Brothers Racing team in 2018 piloting the
iconic No. 21 Ford Fusion in the Monster Energy
NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) and he will also race a
limited schedule for Team Penske in the NASCAR
Xfinity Series (NXS). Menard arrives at NASCAR’s
longest-running team in Wood Brothers Racing from
Richard Childress Racing (RCR), where he competed
for the last eight seasons.
