TEAM PREVIEWS the 22-year-old Tifft in his Cup series rookie season.
Michael McDowell has been on a race track almost his
entire life. Despite only running a few races, McDowell’s
talent got noticed. And the following year, the 23-year-
old was hand-picked by Michael Waltrip Racing to run
full-time on NASCAR’s biggest stage, the Monster Energy
NASCAR Cup Series, where he has now competed for
11 seasons.
David Ragan returned to Front Row Motorsports for the
2017 season behind the wheel of the No. 38 Ford. In the
team’s 2018 campaign, Ragan averaged a 23rd-place
finish – the best in Front Row history – and finished
25th in the point standings, a team history-best for the
No. 38 car. Now entering his 13th season, Ragan has
amassed two premier series wins, 15 top-five and 40
top-10 finishes, and two poles, and is looking to set more
milestones for this still-growing team.
