champion - Tony Stewart is celebrating its 11th year of
existence under that name, in 2019.
Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) has signed Daniel Suárez
to its Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series lineup in TEAM PREVIEWS
2019. The Mexican driver, who turned 27 today, will pilot
the team’s No. 41 Ford Mustang with sponsorship from
TEAM PREVIEWS
Haas Automation and ARRIS International PLC, joining
teammates Kevin Harvick, Aric Almirola and Clint Bowyer.
The 2019 season will mark Suárez’s third year in the elite
NASCAR Cup Series, but his first with SHR. Suárez made
72 NASCAR Cup Series starts with Joe Gibbs Racing in
2017-2018 after winning the 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series
championship. The 27-year-old made 72 NASCAR Cup

Since joining Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) in 2014, Kevin
Harvick has established himself as the fastest, most

2017, coupled with 14 wins, 15 poles and an astounding

Aric Almirola’s career came full circle in 2018. The driver
of the No. 10 Smithfield Ford Mustang embarked on his
seventh full season in the Monster Energy NASCAR
Cup Series, but first with Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR).
In reconnecting with familiar faces, most notably team
co-owner Tony Stewart and crew chief John Klausmeier,
Almirola had a career year.
