CONFIRM YOUR PLACE
To confirm your place we will require a
completed booking form and
tournament registration fee.
CONFIRM YOUR TEAM PLAYERS
We ask all teams to email our office
with list of players and dates of birth.
This is to ensure your team is entered in
correct age group.
TEAMS WITH ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation rooming lists should
reach our office no later than 4 weeks
before your arrival.
FINAL PAYMENTS
All payments should reach our office no
later than 4 weeks before your
arrival/start of the tournament.
READY
further tournament information will be
sent to team managers around 1 month
before first kick off. Fixtures will be
emailed to team managers separately.
