Jacek Pirog is Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis for The Walt Disney International and oversees
international-wide financial and strategic planning across Studio, Media and DCPI segments as well as
international Media Distribution finance. He is responsible for leading international budgeting, forecasting
and five year planning processes, evaluating new business models, franchise and product performance,
development of international growth strategies, Media Distribution ultimates as well as decision support
analytics in the areas of macroeconomics, industry sectors, market trends and foreign currency.

Prior to assuming his current role in September 2010, Jacek Pirog served as Director and later Vice

President, Business Planning for The Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. In these roles, he was
responsible for global Home Entertainment financial reporting across all planning cycles, managing global
expenses, financial systems as well as Home Entertainment global procurement. He also led all finance and
accounting aspects of the SAP system implementation for the Home Entertainment business unit.

Before joining Disney, Jacek held various accounting, audit and finance positions at Kodak Polychrome
Graphics and earlier at Colgate-Palmolive Company in New York City and Warsaw, Poland where he started
his professional career. Thriving in dynamic environments, he is a hands-on problem solver, focused on
getting things running smoothly.

Jacek is a Polish native who, in his spare time, enjoys introducing his daughters to their Polish heritage. He
can also be found exploring the vast Los Angeles music scene.

Jacek completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management at Warsaw School of Economics, Poland
and earned an MBA from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University in Connecticut.
