Tracy has over 20 years of experience with the Walt
Disney Company and is currently Senior Vice President
of Finance for Theatrical Marketing & Distribution at
the Walt Disney Studios , where she leads finance ,

strategic planning , and business development .
Tracy joined the Theatrical team in 2011 and has
contributed to the segment ’s record revenue and
profit . In addition to overseeing campaign financials ,
Tracy launched efforts to use complex analytics to
evaluate media effectiveness , resulting in material
marketing savings . She helped create an internal
creative editorial group to more cost effectively
produce high quality marketing materials , and she
developed the Studios ’ procurement team model ,
which has been adopted company -wide to manage
accounts payable .

Tracy began at Home Entertainment in 1995 as a
Senior Financial Analyst and quickly advanced through
a series of positions of increasing responsibility leading
to her promotion in 2007 to Senior Vice President ,
Finance & Strategic Planning . From 2007 to 2010 , Tracy

led finance teams around the world for Home
Entertainment .

Tracy earned a Bachelors ’ in Economics from Carleton
College and a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA .
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband , Andrew , an
architect and business owner , and their two children .
