Natacha Rafalski is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Euro Disney .

Before joining Disneyland Paris , Natacha was the Chief Financial Officer ,
Greater China , for The Walt Disney Company , where she oversaw all of the
finance activities for Greater China , including planning and forecasting as
well as financial reporting . She was also responsible for the IT function for
Greater China and APAC .

Natacha worked previously in Corporate Treasury as Vice -President of
Corporate Finance for The Walt Disney Company where she managed the

company ’s film financing efforts as well as its project finance activities
related to Disneyland Paris and Shanghai Disneyland Resort . She previously
oversaw Disney ’s global capital markets activities . In addition , Natacha was
responsible for the company ’s global cash management group .

Natacha joined Disney as an Intern in the summer of 1994 and returned to
Treasury in 1995 in a full time position . Natacha graduated in June 1995 from
UCLA ’s Anderson Graduate School of Management with an emphasis in
Finance . Prior to business school , Natacha worked for Bank of America in
San Francisco .

Natacha grew up in France , in Versailles , and moved to California to go to
UCSB where she graduated with a B.A. in Math /Economics . She currently
resides in Paris and has one daughter .

In 2017 she was among the winners of the annual Women Worth Watching
award , celebrating the most influential women executives around the world ,
who stand out for their leadership , initiative , and success .
