        Our customized Leadership workshops and Coaching services, and award-winning Managing for Impact training

        OUR COACHING MODEL

        their roles because of their talent.  We also recognize that when an investment is being considered for a client it is
        because the high achiever is required to move out of his/her comfort zone, and the firm supports that journey.

        Loeb’s coaching services are always customized, and based on the client’s coaching needs and requirements. Our
        deep bench of coaches equips us to carefully match our coaches with our clients’ individualized leadership
        development requirements.

        Coaching engagements are offered in a variety of formats, including:

        • Customized hourly coaching to leverage leadership success or to debrief research based
          assessment tools
        • Three to six laser coaching sessions f�������������vior t���������������ement)
        • Ten transforma����oaching sessions designed for a new leader moving from an individual contributor to a
          managing role.
        • Three-month targeted coaching program to re�����ship skills, increase self-awareness, and gain
