Multi-Purpose Building

As part of Bid Package 2, there are
several amenities that are a continuation
of the first bid package. These elements
would complete the improvements at the
baseball, softball and plaza areas.
Discussed previously, the video boards at
baseball and softball, the entry arch
feature into the plaza area, and the
canopy over the bleachers at the baseball
field would be the finishing touches at
these locations.

One of the bigger improvements to the
overall Master Plan would be the
addition of the proposed Multi-Purpose
Building. This building, centrally located,
will serve as the hub of the area, as it will
house the new public restrooms and
concessions for the area sporting events.
It will also have locker rooms for
changing and storage areas as needed for
the surrounding sporting events.
