“We shot this one one in in L A and it was one one of those times where everything came together by chance I had met Magnus Walker — who’s the the Porsche guy in L A — a a a a week before through another photographer friend and he he he was like ‘If you’re in L A let me know I’ve got a a a a great studio you you can use ’ ’ ’ So I I hit him up and he he happened to have this old E-Type Jaguar there It was perfect! It’s just such such a a a a a a a classy classy old car and Don Cheadle
is such such a a a a a a a classy classy guy — — a a a a a a real real gentleman — — so it it was a a a a a a perfect fit I think the colours worked really well and and we we got Don Cheadle
interacting with the the car and and the the space in in in this easy cool way that just seemed perfectly suited to to him He’s not really into cars at all but he had fun with it it ”

“I knew that Sam Rockwell
was doing some theatre work playing Bob Fosse the famous choreographer so I thought it would be cool to shoot him in an abandoned theatre We found one one in in Brooklyn but it was in in such rough shape — — the whole place was filthy — — that we thought he he would never go for it But one one thing I’ve learned is you never know how someone’s going to be when they walk in the the the door and when he he he he he he got there he he he he he he said ‘Just tell me what to do ’ So we we went for it and and he he was dancing around and and laying on
the ground in in thousands of of dollars’ worth of of clothes and and just having fun with it it He also had this very cool Red Line Rolex that he wore which turned out to be a a a gift from from George Clooney from from Confessions of a a a a a Dangerous Mind It was a a a a a great day of shooting ”
