ASHRAE LEVEL 2 AND 3 ENGINEERING AUDITS COMPLETE BUILDING SYTEM ANALYSIS. MAXIMINE BUILDING ENERGY AND SYSTEM INTELLIGENCE.
50% of Audit fees are reimbursed by the OEB.
• ASHRAE LEVEL 2 AUDIT SCOPE OF WORK:
• Detailed site review by licensed professional engineer from PMC Engineering Solutions
• Analysis of water, natural gas, and electricity bills over the past 12 months
• Analysis of the ventilation system
• Analysis of the DHW system
• Analysis of the heating/cooling system
• Analysis of basic building envelope condition
• Analysis of water fixtures and systems
• Analysis of the lighting systems
• Analysis of the opportunities to reduce energy consumption on a measure by measure basis
• Analysis of the costs associated with the identified energy management measures
• Analysis of the potential savings associated with the identified energy management measures
• Analysis of the potential incentives associated with the identified energy management measures
• A proposed strategy for implementing the identified energy management measures
• A formal written report in 50 pages +
• Apply, on behalf of client, to Enbridge and save-on-energy programs if applicable, for all
measures above
• Coordinate application production, follow up with program managers and submit on behalf of client
• Maximize client rebate amounts to 50% of study cost
