• Analysis of the opportunities to reduce energy consumption on a measure by measure basis
• Analysis of the costs associated with the identified energy management measures
• Analysis of the potential savings associated with the identified energy management measures and payback time
• Analysis of the potential incentives associated with the identified energy management measures
• A proposed strategy for implementing the identified energy management measures in terms of

• Maximize client rebate amounts to 50% of study cost
