                                  Braincraft will deliver a robust Strategy Development Process for TSL, to generate the underlying issues and opportunities that must be leveraged to deliver a detailed Strategy and Execution Framework. The SDP process will be deployed across 5 key stages:

Conduct a comprehensive survey to provide critical data across the 4 Ps, to drive a diagnostic platform for strategy ideation in the ensuing sessions,

      Frame the Situation:
This will involve the Strategic Positioning Assessment (SPA), Future Outlook and a wide look at Who is Winning in the Industry and Why.
Validate Opportunities:
Validate the Strategic Issues faced in the organization and generate quality Alternatives for improved performance using a Challenge andBuild process.
Frame 2019 Strategy:
Leveraging the use of Dashboards and Balance scorecard which will all be underpinned by Goals, Objectives, Actions, Tactics (GOAT) and Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Tactics (MOST).

Execution Dipstick
Execution Dipstick:
A 4TH quarter review of implementation success and compliance with the execution metrics and models, to drive remedial interventions.
