     Transport Services Limited (TSL) is an Independent Petroleum Terminal Management Company and a leading Supply Chain Management Solution Provider, catering to a client book of first class multinationals including: Guinness, Procter and Gamble, Chevron and Mobil amongst others. The last 10 years have witnessed a change in the economic landscape in Nigeria and the world, with recessionary pressures coupled with the impact of digital , putting severe pressure on corporate financial performances. The concept of too big to fail has disappeared at the expense of global and local Master brands. There has never been a more important time for organisations to guarantee future success by operating on the right Strategy and Execution Framework.
TSL is a modern organization desirous of delivering controlled and sustainable growth into the future, by deploying the right strategy and people culture. Having spent the last five years executing on their initial Strategic Vision, TSL is seeking to review its Strategic Focus , taking the opportunity to recalibrate as necessary given the changes in the operating environment over the last five years.
TSL wishes to conduct a fresh Strategy Development Process (SDP) which will attune all staff in the company into Appreciating , Contributing to and Executing a refreshed Strategy Roadmap for TSL. The client is desirous of Sessions that will challenge their existing status quo, identify the best opportunities and transform them into Strategy. The outputs from these sessions will serve as critical inputs for medium and long term corporate objectives and future strategic direction.
