Olubusola Ogunlolu is a Senior Faculty Member of the Braincraft Training Academy. With over twenty years corporate work experience, including in HR Management at senior and executive management capacity, Olubusola has headed the HR teams in reputable companies including Equity Bank, Vigeo Holdings Limited and Negris Group where she held the positions of Group Head HR and Admin and HR Director. Up until December 2018, she was a Partner in Poise Nigeria.
As a consultant she has consulted for various organisations locally and internationally and continues to facilitate trainings for executives at senior and management levels in various countries including Nigeria, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and Kenya.
Olubusola is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Management and a certified Client Partner and Delivery Consultant with Franklin Covey International. Olubusola has a degree in Law from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and several trainings and certifications in HR Management and Leadership. Olubusola has a fresh and positive outlook to life and situations and has a passion for learning.
Queensley Umoren is a driven and results focused Customer Engagement professional with multi facetted experience in HR, Administration, Client Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing and Banking with organizations in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Her work experiences include Montaigne AH Limited Nigeria, Q-evident Nigeria, Vodafone Foundation World of Difference, United Kingdom, Jecom and Co Chartered Accounts and Business Consultants, United Kingdom, Travel West Midland, United Kingdom, Dalcoms Technologies, Nigeria and Capital Bank International in Kaduna, Nigeria.
Queensley holds a Masters degree in International Business from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom and a Bachelors Degree in Geology and Mining from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria. She is a certified member of the Braincraft Training Academy (BTA).
Queensley is a people enthusiast with striking communication and interpersonal skills, and a resilience for consistent top class delivery. She is a passionate supporter to the underprivileged and has promoted several programmes in Nigeria to drive funding and attention to their plight.
