Segun Obagbemi is senior faculty member with 20 years of diverse corporate experience. He started his career in Advertising as a copywriter . Thereafter, he did hard-nosed selling as a Compaq (now HP) computing solution specialist. He consolidated his career in FMCG by joining the British American Tobacco Group.
His roles have exposed him to Corporate and Regulatory Affairs (Government relations, excise, policy development, corporate communication, Corporate Social Responsibility), Marketing (Brand and Consumer Marketing, Strategy, Sales- Trade Marketing & Distribution, Key Accounts Management) and People Development (Marketing Skills and Human Capital Development).
His most recent role as Director, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs for West African Markets gave him responsibility over 24 countries in West Africa, outside Nigeria. He has gathered international working experience in different countries within the sub-continent, along with participation in international forum e.g. part of anti-tobacco regulation advocacy delegation to WHO-FCTC meetings in Uruguay, Switzerland and South Korea
Segun holds an MBA and has been exposed to world-class training programs with several certifications. He does love a bit of adventure and in 2009 won a Fellowship of the Earthwatch Institute Conservation program to Mount Mulanje, Malawi.
Nnaemeka Chukwuma holds a BSc in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA Masters in Management Technology from the University of Ilorin and Lagos State University respectively, his work experience spans 15 years across Customer Service, Telemarketing, Telecoms Outbound Campaign Management and Customer Retention up to middle management in Telecoms( MTN Nigeria Ltd).
In the Outbound and Campaign Management Unit he managed over 120 staff across several locations in Nigeria, His team was in charge of contacting all MTNN Customers nation wide to conduct surveys or engage customers and gather customer insight and intelligence at need.
Nnaemeka Chukwuma is a Senior Faculty Member of the Braincraft Training Academy and also a top Forex professional and leader, he has built teams in Nigeria and the United States where he frequently attends global leadership trainings and Skill transfer workshops.
He is a personal development advocate, professional speaker and Alumni member of School of Eloquence, He's also a motivational speaker, success coach and avid business man.
